Why can't I search by quadrants?

Realtors work in zones, as shown by the map. The zone system more accurately groups similar geographical areas together, such as including NE addresses which are west of Deerfoot Trail with NW addresses. The zone system also avoids splitting some communities in half. Because of this, our database does not have the ability to search by quadrants.
